Prior to processing any withdrawal request, pisotaya is required to verify your identity in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's licence, UMID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) and, where requested, a live selfie or proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests remaining on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All pisotaya accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and the applicable conversion fee, if any, will be disclosed at point of transaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

These timelines are targets only and are subject to payment provider processing, network conditions, and security review requirements. pisotaya shall not be liable for delays caused by payment provider processing outside its control.
pisotaya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is identified. In such cases, additional verification documents may be requested, and processing may take up to five (5) business days.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all pisotaya bonuses:

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a third-party provider game (such as a live dealer table or JILI slot), the game provider's own dispute resolution process and RNG audit records will be used as the primary basis for determination. pisotaya will facilitate the escalation of such disputes to the relevant provider on your behalf.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — pisotaya will provide not less than seven (7) calendar days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where feasible, notifying registered players via the email address or mobile number on file.
Your continued use of pisotaya following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
